Listing transactions from contract to close

• Introduce ourselves and our services to all parties

• Confirm all compliance documents are within regulations

• Prepare P&S amendments, addenda, & extensions

• Ensure transaction documents are properly executed with dates, initials, and signatures.

• Keep track of contingencies per contract agreement

• Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into online transaction management system as received

• Maintain regular contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as outstanding items

• Send weekly summary reports to clients and agent

• Maintain client portal

• Coordinate inspections, final walk through, and closing

• Schedule smoke inspection

• Prepare & submit commission statement

• Update MLS status from pending to closed

• Maintain regular contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as outstanding items

• Send weekly summary reports to clients and agent

• Maintain client portal

• Coordinate inspections, final walk through, and closing

• Prepare & submit commission statement

• Obtain and upload all closing docs after closing

• Ensure listing agent closes transaction in MLS
